Secondly, Kath. Which part of letter do you fail to understand? Like the part about it being "a written message addressed to a person or organization"? Because DAMMIT A LETTER IS A FREAKING LETTER AND A PARCEL IS A FREAKING PARCEL. Note the great difference in the spelling.
